Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish a binding contractual agreement between you (the visitor or user; hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and Cleaner Vibe. “Cleaner Vibe”, “our”, “us” or “we”) according to which you may visit the Cleaner Vibe website at https://www.cleanervibe.com/ (“Website”, “Site” or “Service”) whether as a guest or a registered user, and the connection service that we provide through them (collectively, Cleaner Vibe), including any bookings made for any services provided
Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before getting started with us.
The Cleaner Vibe is a technology platform, accessed through the Site, that connects users (such as you) with third party providers of cleaning services and certain other services as listed on the Site (Service Providers). It enables you to engage a Service Provider in your area for the provision of those services.
YOUR CLEANER VIBE ACCOUNT
If an account is created on our Website to book our services, you are responsible for the interrogatory and security of your username and password. We grant you usage of the site and associated app for you to manage your services with your Service Provider.
We reserve the right to remove your use of these services at any time for any reason. You are responsible for all acts carried out under your username and password whether done mistakenly or fraudulently by yourself.
You must immediately notify Cleaner Vibe of any unauthorized uses of your account any other breaches of security. Cleaner Vibe will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
We may provide notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to us.
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, we may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with us, we have no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of us.
CONTENT POSTED ON OTHER SITES
We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, made available through the sites and webpages to which we link, and that link to us. Cleaner Vibe does not have any control over those non Cleaner Vibe sites and webpages, and is not responsible for their contents or their use. By linking to a non-Cleaner Vibe site or webpage, Cleaner Vibe does not represent or imply that it endorses such website or webpage. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. Cleaner Vibe disclaims any and all responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of non- Cleaner Vibe sites and webpages.
Cleaner Vibe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website or Hosted Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes express acceptance of those changes. Cleaner Vibe may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the site (including, the release of new offerings). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to these Terms.
We may terminate your access to all or any part of the site or your access to any of the Hosted Services at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. If this is the case, your account will be withdrawn, and you will no longer be able to make new bookings with us. If you create any new accounts with us after your rights to use Cleaner Vibe have been withdrawn, then we reserve the right to cancel any cleans and charge for any cancellation fees.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
We only accept credit or debit cards. We don’t work on cash or cash on arrivals.
Please note that we will collect your credit/debit card details at the time of booking in order to avoid any sort of payment issues but will only charge for the clean once it’s done by the cleaners (the same day or later). We don’t charge before cleans.
You agree that we may undergo authorization checks on the card you provide.
You will be paying:
- the amount due on the cleaners depending upon how many hours they worked.
- You will be paying Cleaner Vibe, for providing you the cleaners.
- You will be paying for additional cleaning service you may ask for.
We may place a hold on your card 48 hours before the clean just to ensure there are sufficient funds in your card. Please note, this not the charge but just to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the amount for the clean. If you don’t have sufficient balance in the card you provided, we may ask you to provide another card. if you fail to do so, we may cancel your booking within 48 hours of the clean.
You will be issued a single receipt by Cleaner Vibe of the amount you paid in respect of the booking.
Regular billing changes may be made for charging from the card depending upon the number of hours spent for the cleaning. 2 hours is the standard minimum payment for the service
If there is any amount due by you to us, we reserve the rights to charge you for that, to suspend your future bookings if needed, to terminate your account and any further dealings with us.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION PROCESS
You can cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the actual clean. If you fail to do so, you will still get fully charged for it.
If you book your appointment for within 48 hours, the cancelling policy will still apply to you. (You will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of the actual clean)
All cancellations require at least 48-hour notice.

THIS SECTION ONLY APPLIES TO END OF TENANCY AND ONE-OFF BOOKINGS AND DOES NOT APPLY TO REGULAR CLEANING SERVICES, IT DOES NOT TRANSFER, OMIT OR CANCEL ANY OTHER TERMS OR SECTIONS:
All of our Service Providers have agreed to offer a free re clean guarantee with all end of tenancy and deep cleans, excluding those made for a fixed amount of time at the users request. If your Service Provider has fallen short of the standards expected of them for this type of service, they will return to the property for free to fix any issues. In order to make use of this you will need to:
- Notify us within 48 hours of the clean finishing. This can be done at: email@example.com.
- Explain in writing what the issue is.
- You will need to include any relevant pictures to illustrate your issue or complaint. If we deem there have been any valid issues raised, we will ask the Service Provider to re clean the property as required free of charge. We will make attempts for them to re-attend within 7 days of the original booking date. We will offer up to three possible re-clean times. If none of these are accepted by you then the Service Providers offer to re clean will end. Due to the extremely varying conditions of carpets, none of our Services Providers will guarantee the service of, or offer a free re-clean on any carpet cleaning that has been carried out.
Your Service Providers have agreed to us through a contract that they have their own public liability insurance, any claims under $400 will be unable to be processed by ourselves or your Service Provider. For a claim above $400, we will facilitate you contacting your Service Provider for you to begin making a claim with their insurance provider.
Since we do not employ the cleaners and we’ve contracted with them, we have no authority over them and, unfortunately, we are unable to intervene in case of non-compliance. It is up to the customer whether he/she would like to take further steps in order to assert the right to compensation from the cleaner. It is important to note that the decision on whether to settle the claim lies with the insurer, and their decision is final. The overall procedure may take some time, but rest assured we will try and keep you up to date throughout the whole process.
We assume no liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured in a proper manner, or previously damaged before cleaning. (Example: heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, or dings in furniture that were there before we cleaned). Further, we will assume no liability for damage or loss caused by the negligence of the customer
In the unlikely event something is damaged during your clean and you wish to make a claim, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with the information within 48 hours of the damage occurring. It is essential that you attach necessary images of the damage. Claims cannot be made over the phone as we will require photos of any damage to allow us to make an accurate initial assessment of the claim. Any emails received after 48 hours will not be accepted.
The user shall always provide a safe working environment for the Service Provider.
Electricity and hot water need to be available at the property for the Service Provider to complete the clean. If this is not provided or available, this will be taken as a late booking cancellation and the entire booking fee may be charged.
You will be asked to provide a suitable parking location during the booking process. If this parking spot is unavailable and the Service Provider cannot park, this will be taken as a cancellation, and you may be charged the entire booking fee. Any costs incurred by parking will be added onto your bill.
THIS SECTION IS FOR END OF TENANCY AND ONE TIME BOOKINGS (IT DOES NOT CHANGE OR TRANSFER ANY OTHER TERMS OR SECTION):
This will form part of your contract with the Service Provider and not Cleaner Vibe. Your compulsions as a user are to facilitate the Service Provider to complete their work to the necessary standard and in a timely manner and it requires that; the property is free from trash, free from furnishings, the fridge and freezer is defrosted, there is not excessive mold, excessive lime scale, dirt, grime, feces, blood or any other fluid which may cause the clean to take longer than anticipated. If this is the case, then the Service Provider may ask to stay longer during the clean which may result in a further charge being applied. In any case, when all of the listings above have not been met any guarantee, offer or invitation for a free re-clean will be void and not offered by the Service Provider.
COLLABORATIONS AND SERVICE PROVIDER
- The user cannot hire the Service Provider directly
- The user and Service Provider cannot decide on the final billing cost
- The user/customer cannot pay the cleaner/Service Provider directly or on site
- There should be no direct work collaboration between the Service Provider and the user/customer.
- Please note that this collaboration is solely between Cleaner Vibe and the user/customer. It can be done via email, website, phone or any other means provided.
Please note that although our cleaners are professionals and highly selective, they’re still humans and not miracle workers. We would expect you to have realistic expectations with us and we will try our best to provide you with the highly eligible cleaners.
